As Tendering Manifolds / Connections Engineer you will have engineering responsibility for Manifolds and Connection Systems Engineering within the tender and execution phase of Subsea Production System Projects. You'll work directly with customers throughout from invitation, tender to project delivery. Working on large-scale, global subsea technology projects you'll influence technical development and strategy and bring designs to life for customers.

As Lead Engineer - Customer Application Engineering, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions for the manifold and connection systems (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-Tendering (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team.
• Possessing a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies.
• Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organisations.
• Working together with business leadership at SPB and EB level. Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done.
• Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Engineering/Technology).
• Have experience in Tendering Application Engineering.
• Have experience in Manifold or Subsea Structural Engineering and Connection Systems of various types. A working knowledge of the design of various types of solutions within this discipline.
