Your Tasks
Implement strategies into the sales function whilst engaging the sales team
Maximise revenue / profit margins in line with targeted expectations of the company
Develop multi-channel lead generation ideas for both new and existing clients
Review and streamline (where necessary) and sales process’s (internal and how this is portrayed to clients)
Monitor retention rates of existing clients / customer satisfaction or feedback
Build long standing relationships with key clients (new and existing)
Monitor client payments, identify potential risks to the business and work with the sales individual to rectify and receive payments on time.
Build relationships with the sales team members and understand what motivates / demotivates them
Discuss and agree individual sales targets / goals and objectives for the sales team
Management, coaching and development of existing and potential sales team
Identify individual strengths within the sales team and utilise these strengths to enhance business offering’s whilst also looking to develop any required areas of improvement.
Conduct weekly sales meeting with the sales team to generate idea, discuss challenges or success
Attend frequent client meetings with sales team members and offer support / guidance if required
Daily interaction with the sales team and the entire business unit
Quarterly review of sales personnel - performance / pipeline / areas of development, progression
Identify and monitor clients’ activities / trends via RMS system and how they can impact the business
Identify and monitor individual sales performance via RMS system
Collate useful informative information from the RMS system to aid and assist business discussions / identify training needs
